Terms & Conditions Agreement

As used in this Agreement, "you or your" means the individual or entity submitting user content to iGoToo LLC (DBA VadoVia).

This Agreement is between iGoToo LLC (DBA VadoVia) and you for the purpose of licensing user content including, but not limited to, digital images, text, video, audio ("herein the Tour"). By submitting a Tour for potential publication in iGoToo LLC (DBA VadoVia), you affirm that:

  • The Tour is your own original work and it does not violate or infringe upon any copyright, license, or privacy rights of others that will interfere with the publication of the Tour
  • If any part of the Tour is not yours, you have credited the work in the manner specified by the original author
  • You are over the age of eighteen (18) and I am able to accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement and you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.
  1. Conditions
    • Submitting a Tour to iGoToo LLC (DBA VadoVia) does not guarantee that it will be accepted for publication.
    • If the Tour violates this agreement, iGoToo LLC (DBA VadoVia) reserves the right to remove and delete your Tour from its application.
    • iGoToo LLC (DBA VadoVia) takes no responsibility for any infringement of your copyright as a result of submission.
    • iGoToo LLC (DBA VadoVia) has the right to edit your submission as necessary for length, grammar and other editorial necessity, but does not have the right change content for meaning.
  2. License

    You agree to grant iGoToo LLC (DBA VadoVia) a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use your Tour in whole or part in the iPad application and any other forms that may be available for electronic distribution in the future.

  3. Copyright

    You shall retain the copyright of the Tour and may freely re-sell, assign or distribute the Tour at no charge or for payment, to any person or entity you choose. However, you agree not to sell, distribute, or transfer the license in a manner in which the license granted to iGoToo LLC (DBA VadoVia) in this agreement would become ineffective or void.

  4. Waiver

    VadoVia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this agreement.

    Each time you upload or submit a Tour, you will be confirming your acceptance of all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. By clicking "I agree", you are agreeing to the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement.
